The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway, but what really made the trip unforgettable was the town of Lincoln. Lincoln is truly a hidden gem in Maine. The area is surrounded by stunning lakes that are perfect for kayaking, swimming, or simply taking in the peaceful views. There are plenty of trails for hiking and exploring, which made it easy to spend the whole day outdoors. After our adventures, we loved……

“I didn’t get to stay there (yet) because I was held up in my light aircraft by weather and couldn’t get into Lincoln. Under the contract I forfeited my lodging fee, but they called me and offered to switch it to next time I came into town at no charge. It was an amazing act of generosity and hospitality.
