“I needed last minute accommodations, and wanted something different than just another motel. This place was PERFECT. Absolutely cozy and comfortable cabin, a lovely outdoor space to relax or stargaze, and a very friendly host who has clearly put care and effort into this space. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a “glamping” type stay, and it was well above my expectations. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer!”

“James is an incredibly gracious host who has truly thought of every detail to make your stay special. From the personalized welcome note to a separate one just for our dog (complete with treats!), we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived.The house is stocked with absolutely everything you could need—and then some. “This little cabin was perfect for my boyfriend, pup, and me. Had no trouble finding it, and it was right on the lake so we were able to do some ice fishing! Our sled broke down and Brad was nice enough to offer help/borrow tools to fix it! His dogs were adorable. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this spot for a little getaway, we booked it last second and have no regrets. Thanks again Brad!!”

“This little log cabin is like something out of a movie. It is only 10 minutes from town which has everything you need but feels like you are way more peaceful and remote. Being there in December, everything was snow covered and gorgeous. The cabin is so cozy and comfortable; even in December it got very warm and had plenty of warm water. “The cabins were clean and cozy. Convenient to store and restaurants. Price was reasonable. I will say, the showers are a bit strange with the controls outside the shower itself, also no barrier to keep water in the shower. But the heat lamps in the bathroom were wonderful after returning from a COLD ride!! Would definitely stay again.”

“We loved the location of this property. We have our own kayaks and we loved how easy it was to get them in and out of the water. We also enjoyed sitting on the wraparound porch where there is a nice breeze coming off of the other lake across the street. The kitchen is recently renovated and the bedrooms are nice and cozy. I have also never seen a place so well stocked with firewood. Property managers are ver friendly and helpful. 10/10.”

“Everything was awesome! It was the perfect size for two people! Super comfy and cozy. We were in a great spot- short drive to some cool towns, and close to mountains for some hikes! It was super quiet, we enjoyed every second! Easy to find and checkin! ”

“This place is set near one end of a lovely lake. We stayed there on a rainy weekend so it was time spent largely indoors. The kitchen was functional and well equipped. The downsides were that overall the lighting in the place was poor. Perhaps not a dealbreaker in the summer, but definitely a downer in inclement weather and shorter fall days. Kitchen light fixures were burnt out. Property management came and fixed one. The other one over the kitchen sink needed replacing and that didn't……

“My stay was lovely. The cabin was peaceful and had all we needed to enjoy our time there. Despite the downsides, I'd totally book again. The location was private. The pond was calm with few boats. Loved having the porch swings, picnic table, and outdoor hearth. Walmart & hannaford were 15 minutes away to get the forgotten odds and ends. I had excellent phone service.
