“Just returned from a wonderful week at Martin & Sue's apartment in Lajares. The apartment is exactly as described - clean, comfortable, well-maintained with all the necessary mod-cons and indeed anything else you could possibly want for a great holiday. They’re very considerate hosts and have really thought of it all. “Schöner Aufnthalt. Bilder hätte man eigentlich noch bessere einstelle können, v a der quasi Rundum-Meeresblick ist besonders bei Sonnenuntergang spitze. Appartment ist einfach aber solide ausgestattet, reicht völlig! Für Leute, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe (hängt sicherlich auch von der Zeit ab: zu Schulferienzeiten ist die Anlage u U nicht ganz so ruhig) suchen eine gute Wahl.”

“This has been one of the most relaxing weeks vacation that we have had in a very long time. Everything flowed from the flight out to being greeted by Mrs Morgana. Hand over was easy . It's a very good size apartment (note steps up to the property are steep). It was clean and tidy. The pool is just a few steps away. The neighbours Ken and his wife are friendly and helpful. “Although the property was large and in a good, well maintained and secure development, the apartment was in serious need of some TLC! The kitchen cupboards were not fitted correctly and with missing doors, the wardrobe doors would not slide and made it difficult to access the space, there were insufficient and poor quality bedding and towels. These were reported to the host at the end of our stay. We loved the area especially the town and beaches and would definitely come back but doubt we would……

“Appartment: Möbel und Einrichtung ist verschlissen, insbesondere die Küchenzeile. Die Möbel sind lackiert, jedoch ist überall die Farbe teilweise ab. Hinter dem Vorhang zur Terrasse, welche im Februar und März im Schatten liegt, sieht es nach Schimmel aus. Das Schlafzimmerfenster ist durch eine Schraube gesichert. Das WLAN funktionierte neun Tage nicht. Das ganze Appartment konnte vier Tage nicht abgeschlossen werden, da die Tür defekt war. Stand also für jedermann offen. 8 Wochen lang wurde das……
