“We were there eight days. The staff was friendly and professional. The property was clean and well maintained. We use a Marriott Bonvoy credit card and always stay in Marriott hotels. The Prattville Courtyard was a bit dated and missing a few amenities and did not include breakfast as some newer hotels do, but breakfast was available for purchase and the breakfast staff and Tina were exceptionally nice. We would certainly stay there again. ”

“A young lady by the name of Africa was cleaning the rooms. She saw me struggling with my door key and she came to help me without my asking. She took the key back to be rekeyed and brought it back to me. I am a 75 year old lady traveling with her invalid husband and this to me is the way service ought to be. On that same evening, another lady saw me going down the hall with an empty luggage cart and she offered to take it downstairs for me. I would recommend this place to anyone. ”
