“This house is amazing for a larger group! Plenty of space to lounge & sleep without feeling over-crowded. Nice big kitchen and fridge with freezer to make our own meals. The bbq grill & outside patio with fire pit was perfect at night. Plenty of towels for showering, and appreciated the soap for sinks; many vrbos do not provide that. Matt was very responsive & made sure we had everything we needed! We did not utilize the game room in the garage, but hope to be back some day so we can! Definitely……

“Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!”

“Our family had such a great time at this Urbandale home! The location made it easy to get to downtown Des Moines and but the neighborhood was peaceful. The game room was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults, too!)—we spent hours playing together. The kitchen was well stocked, which made meal times simple, and the bathrooms had everything we needed and were v@clean. It really felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches. ”

“Great location to get to the Iowa State Fair for a concert. Also the East Village is charming, enjoyed breakfast there the next morning. ”

“Lovely property with a nice back yard and a great front porch. Beds are comfortable and owners are responsive. Kitchen is well set up with new appliances. We used all four bedrooms and the sofa bed in the game room - all were great. Highly recommended - will hopefully visit again next time we're in Des Moines.”
