“They property was no-frills functional and perhaps a bit more. The rooms were basic and checked all the boxes. Comfortable beds, clean linens, desk, mini fridge, good bathroom storage, access to power/outlets and a very friendly dining amenity with breakfast included and ample parking. Didn’t eat in the restaurant and likely would have given the opportunity. Rather picturesque surroundings. “This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?). “The hotel is in a great location, not too noisy, very alpine style and warm and cozy. The staff are so friendly and nice - faultless. The room is small but comfortable, just enough space and a nice balcony. Bathroom is amazing (we had a bath tub). Breakfast was included, it was basic but great and eggs were always amazing.
