The front desk staff gave wonderful, friendly smiles, assisted with anything we needed and displayed "over the top customer service". The hotel is spotless. “This is a hotel located halfway up the mountain. The environment is very good, very suitable for walking, and it is also very convenient to drive to the old town for dinner.
