“Clean quiet room in an amazing location. Property itself was bit cluttered but a 2 minute walk and on to amazing views, hikes, rides, etc. ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed this tiny home! It had everything we needed for our one night stay after a wedding. I usually go in with my own cleaning products to make sure I clean where I stay, but I’m pleased to report that it was absolutely clean in there and you could smell it when you walked in. I would recommend this place if you need a night or two in Prescott. I will be staying again if I’m ever back in town. It ranks highest on my lift of non hotel stays! “Was very quite and comfortable place. Had all the amenities you need and a great view from the window. We had a little mix up in which unit we rented. We rented the lower less expensive unit but we were given access to the better unit on top that costs slightly more and the owner, realizing her mistake half way through our stay, let us know and gave us the option to stay there at no extra charge. “My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and very cute. Sarah was very responsive with all of my questions. I definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again in the future!”

“A very new and clean one bedroom, one bath apartment, above the garage of a beautiful home in the Prescott, AZ pines. Has a great view from the deck. We enjoyed the cool weather playing pickle ball at Pioneer Park, visited Whiskey Row downtown, golfed 9 holes in Dewey, AZ & had some great meals at Gurley Street Grill & Marino's Mob (highly recommend both). Lori was a great host and even supplied some decaf coffee at my request.”

“Our stay at this wonderful studio get-away was nestled amongst beautiful landscape. It is very nicely appointed and comfortable and the deck with BBQ is an added bonus. We cannot say enough about this property. We had an absolutely enjoyable and relaxing stay. ”
