“Very impressed and satisfied with this VRBO. Everything as expected and more. Clean, spacious and had what you needed. We enjoyed the views, the morning coffee on the balcony and afternoon snacks on the patio. Quiet neighborhood and chilled out to our hearts content. Would highly recommend if you are looking for cooler temps. Thank you to Lori for all her attention to detail and making our stay so enjoyable.”

“As soon as we pulled in to the parking space we knew this would be special. There was an instant vibe that overcame us when we opened the gate to the inviting and comfortable outdoor living space. We were greeted with warmth and color and character as soon as we opened the front double doors, and knew instantly that this was a magical place. Cozy doesn't begin to describe this adorable home. Small but efficient, it lives much larger that you would think, and there are little touches……

“It's a nice place. Well kept, has a very good laundry room at a good price. Has a fridge and a microwave oven. Of course nothing is ever perfect but the spots where this property might be considered " falling short" are too petty and inconsequential to even mention. Good stay for a decent price.”

“The property was located on the edge of a beautiful view point to Thumb Butte. It quaint all in one, was amazing for us. A perfect spot to get out of the hussle and bustle. Quiet mornings and gorgeous evenings. ”

“So the cabin was super cute, but listing described an outdoor kitchen so I was hoping to be able to have a grilled dinner perhaps with some groceries. This was not possible due to there literally only being a grill. No dishes or supplies”

“This property has easy access and was very comfortable for our stay in Prescott while touring the local college. It is close to downtown but not too from Embry Riddle. Check in instructions were clear and easy. I would stay again!”

“We travel every week for business and sometimes stay in some not so nice places. This is not one of them! It was clean, quiet and perfect for the weekend. We will definitely stay here again.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed this tiny home! It had everything we needed for our one night stay after a wedding. I usually go in with my own cleaning products to make sure I clean where I stay, but I’m pleased to report that it was absolutely clean in there and you could smell it when you walked in. I would recommend this place if you need a night or two in Prescott. I will be staying again if I’m ever back in town. It ranks highest on my lift of non hotel stays! Wow, I didn’t use the washer and dryer……

“The room was spacious with a lot of wonderful daylight. The deck was lovely for morning coffee and the kitchen was well stocked, so we did not have to bring a lot of items. Finishes were a bit older but charming and property was very clean. There was a nice fireplace, but we did not have a chance to use it. Would be great to have a full length mirror, but not a top priority.”
