“The place is perfect for a simple place to stay for one or two people. The place was super-clean and everything was in new condition. The location was quiet and peaceful with a wide variety of birds on the property. I would say the property and the unit were much nicer in person than conveyed in the photos. “I thoroughly enjoyed this tiny home! It had everything we needed for our one night stay after a wedding. I usually go in with my own cleaning products to make sure I clean where I stay, but I’m pleased to report that it was absolutely clean in there and you could smell it when you walked in. I would recommend this place if you need a night or two in Prescott. I will be staying again if I’m ever back in town. It ranks highest on my lift of non hotel stays! Wow, I didn’t use the washer and dryer……

“The room was spacious with a lot of wonderful daylight. The deck was lovely for morning coffee and the kitchen was well stocked, so we did not have to bring a lot of items. Finishes were a bit older but charming and property was very clean. There was a nice fireplace, but we did not have a chance to use it. Would be great to have a full length mirror, but not a top priority.”
