“This is our 10th summer staying here with my entire extended family. It is always a great experience. Communication is awesome and the location is fantastic.”

“The house was nice and very new in a good suburban neighborhood. It was 20-25 minutes from Bank of America Stadium and uptown Charlotte. The host was very responsive to my messages. We had a little trouble with the smart lock (just enter your code). The furniture was great and new, especially the couch. It was a great place to stay!”

“This property was everything as advertised -- and everything you see in the pictures. What struck me most was how quiet it was, both during the day and in the evening. If you're looking to relax, this is the place.As for amenities, we used the kayaks (which were like new), the lily pad, the fire pit -- we did it all. If you're looking for firewood, you can get it at the Harris Teeter a mile away.Our host was incredibly responsive to any needs. There were small things that I had questions about……

“Stayed here with some friends for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect spot! Short drive to downtown Charlotte and tons of cute restaurants, breweries, and fun things to do. The house was spacious and clean and comfortably housed 6 of us. Would highly recommend!”

“We had a great time being together and enjoyed exploring the area. And having a home to enjoy instead of being in a a hotel with no place to gather a have fun. We all live in different states so we like catching up each year ”

“We came into town from Myrtle Beach to explore Charlotte and take the kids to Carowinds. The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 8 and we had a great time playing the games we found in the closet! We also cooked dinner there one night and appreciated that they had plenty of dishes and some cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and olive oil.”

“The stay at the property was great. The amenities & communication great. Had a little issue with the front door that was addressed. My only issue were all the closets were locked. We had nowhere to hang up anything. Except for a towel bar in the main bathroom I had to go by hangers. the msin bsthroom.”

“We stayed two nights and loved everything about the house! The home is beautiful and has a very welcoming, warm atmosphere. We really enjoyed the amount of detail and item availability in the house - it felt like the owners had thought of everything one might need on a trip. The entirety of the home appeared to be very well maintained and clean. Would absolutely recommend staying here! ”

“The house is fantastic both functionally and esthetically. The whole family loved it 10/10 would recommend. ”

“This property is amazing! Gorgeous view with an amazing porch to enjoy it on. Plenty of room inside as well. Well worth the money and we wanted for nothing. Questions were responded to in a timely manner. Our only complaint would be that when we arrived I think we must have been the first renters of the season because the porches were a mess along with the furniture we had to sweep the porch and deep clean all the furniture as it was covered in dust and pollen. The porch itself needs a pressure……

“Tiny house was as pictured. Parking was a little tight but doable. Pool was nice and people at it were friendly. Community was clean and amenities were good. Dog park was pretty large just wish it had a bench or something for people. Wish we had brought something for hanging stuff to dry at the house but there is an in unit washer/dryer.”
