“We've stayed in a number of properties in and around Boston. This is the best. Very comfortable. High end appliances. Great host. We were there for 5 weeks and felt right at home. Our grandkids joined us for several sleepovers. Lots of fun. Speaking of grandkids, the place was nice enough as a backdrop for a family photoshoot. The T is literally right out the door. We rented the optional parking space which was an excellent decision. The apartment is on the fourth floor. All we can say is after……

“Six of us came across the country for a funeral in Boston. This was an excellent house. It is in a great location being just a few minutes drive from the T. Family was able to go out to the burbs for the funeral, but still close enough for the younger kids to see Boston during their downtime. There isn’t central air, but being in Boston that can be expected. The third bedroom is non conforming and you have to walk through it to get to the primary bedroom. “With 6 adults and 2 little ones traveling for a loved one’s graduation we needed a house that will accommodate our large group so we decided to look at VRBO and this listing fit like a glove. Everyone had a place to rest their heads and chill out before the big event. The house is located perfectly with many amenities close by. ”

“I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning……

“Room not ready,forgot our reservation, bathroom shared and down to first floor,and through livingroom. Nice older lady with financial concerns, not up to operating a three room vrbo. There was a $25 perday parking charge which we did know about. The interior was in fairly poor condition, loose wallpaper, doors hard to open and close. New tile or hard scrubbing in the very outdatedshared shower.”
