“We booked this home for graduation weekend and it was perfect!!! I cannot believe how sizable it is and it's proximity to BU and Fenway. Kitchen and dining room are extremely large. House is incredibly clean and beautiful. And there's even parking on site!!! I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs but this one was the most stocked I've experienced from kids' toys to a fully stocked kitchen, it had it all! It was the perfect graduation weekend!”

“Wonderful stay!! This was our first timevisiting Boston (group was from MN & WI) and this house made our trip that much more enjoyable and stress free! The house was very clean and spacious. We had 6 adults and it was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and places to sit in the living room/dining room to relax. The kitchen is fully stocked and has an outdoor grill. The owner is wonderful and responds very promptly and is readily available to answer any questions or……

“Beautiful home and property. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Had all the conveniences of home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Sitting down by the lake was so peaceful! We have adult children - using the firepit and sitting around talking was my favorite part. Would 100% recommend this home. ”

“We only stayed one night at the property and we really only slept there. We were in town for the Red Sox so didn’t spend much time there. Overall it was just as advertised. The neighborhood is a little out of the way from Boston. The only negative is the 2nd bathroom is on the other side of the apartment from 3 of the bedrooms and the other is inside the other bedroom. It’s a little inconvenient to share for a larger group. But for us it was fine for 1 night. Flavia was very responsive and……

“Annabelly is an excellent host and it was very easy to communicate with her. She responded very quickly to all questions. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for getting into Boston and Cambridge and there was a great walking path nearby along the Charles River. Check-in was very easy and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio! ”

“Just a perfect place to stay. We have two families, different generations, coming from lots of places. Easy to get food, easy to serve food, and they had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here next time we do this.”
