“Had difficulty getting into condo. Property was probably a 5 and not exactly what the pictures showed. Dropped something and it rolled under the bed. The floor had about a quarter inch of dust and dirt and floor was not clean at all in places. One bathroom for three of the bedrooms on main floor and very steep stairs to basement where the forth bedroom was at. ”

“Very nice place, clean but very noisy, neighbors loud, lots of banging until well into the night. The beds were hard which we had seen from other reviews but we brought foam toppers and made a big difference. The living room furniture was also not the most comfortable and not a lot of spots for people to sit and relax. Loved having off street parking and location was good with convenience store and Dunkin in walking distance.”

“We were a group of 9 60+ women coming together after 40 years to race at the Head of the Charles rowing regatta. Our priorities for accommodation were enough beds that we didn't have to share, parking and a decent kitchen and the property met these requirements. Ulrich was very responsive to any minor problems that arose. ”

“For what they are charging, they should answer right away as you make questions; I asked about the check-in code and waited almost 6 hours until deciding to call a number that appeared on the app that was not correct, as they told us to call another number to ask for the info. Really??? “Everything was perfect! Great location, quiet neighborhood, perfect distance to Boston and Salem for day trips with the kids. The place was clean and perfect for our family of 6 plus our dog. Excellent communication with our host too! ”

“We were very excited to stay at this property with my mother and her 2 dogs. My husband is allergic, so the dual homes side by side seemed perfect - and with 2 medium-large dogs, 2 fenced backyard areas was perfect in the Boston area. Unfortunately, though the owner was aware we were bringing dogs, he failed to mention that "fenced" actually meant fenced just in 3 sides, not fully fenced. Moreover, the 2nd "yard" measures about 4x4 ft or so - also not fully enclosed. The photos were……
