“We really lucked out with this. Brillianr place. Only hiccup was trying to find it as sat nav misdirected us. In the end Bonnie drove out to find us which was really kind. Would recommend looking for the sign for Pack Rat Pat’s which is on the same turn off. Really good facilities, comfy beds, great shower, nice big kitchen (dishwasher, air fryer, big stove and fridge freezer, coffee maker), veranda with BBQ and views of the cows. Nice friendly dogs that come to greet you as you arrive. ”

The place was easy to find, out of town, which was nice. There is a train close by for those light sleepers, we are not, so didn’t bug us at all. ”

“The property was lovely with beautiful views of the water. It was very private and perfect for a weekend getaway. The only hiccup was the WiFi. It was too weak to make it through a movie using either our computers or their own ROKU system. Loading was slow. They need to up their WiFi strength and put in extenders so that you can use the WiFi in the back bedroom. Otherwise are stay was perfect.”

“We stayed here before my wedding, and hosted the bridal party for getting ready the morning of. The property is super clean and cute. The host was in contact with me a couple weeks before our booking and available for any questions during. There is plenty of parking and really nice decks on the front porch and back porch. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Peaceful. Quiet. Spectacular lake view. It’s worth the steps (51, we counted ) to go for a swim or a float. The second week of September and the water temp is just fine. The bed downstairs is big and very comfortable. There is an A/C unit in every room, which is a nice feature. Also liked the newer fridge and updated shower. ”
