“Good location, friendly staff , quite a bit of noise between rooms , i could hear what people were talking about in tenet room , instead of just taking a deposit they charged me the full amount , my first booking was Jan 7 to Feb 4 was charged the full amount after my reservation was made , i did not appreciate that ”

“Despite the poor reviews about communication with managers, we actually got into our place right at 3:00. It might have been a challenge if we hadn’t been right there waiting. It was a quaint and comfortable place, that seemed to have an interesting history. Very close to main plaza. Kitchen had the basics. It would have been nice to have 5 gallons of filtered water available and at least one kitchen towel. Overall a comfortable stay.”

“The location was great, being just a few minutes walk away from beautiful Centro! The apartment was spacious and clean with 2 rooms for myself and my brother. The owners were great with communication and gave us plenty of options for extras to purchase. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a great place to stay in Mazatlan! ”

“SCAM they will not return your deposit after checkout. I had to file claim with credit card company. ”

“The condo inside is nice and is roomy with everything you need. Nice showers and comfy living room. Unfortunately they put us up only one story and near/just above the underground garage. So you can here the security guard talking to everyone when in the bedroom near entry. It is on a busy street and no real view (102). Try and get up higher and away from garage entry. Lots of Dogs barking in the neighborhood. So a little noisier than we like for sleeping. The security guard and office workers……

“Clean place, nice neighborhood. Only bad thing about it is they don’t provide toiletries for shower, all they have is hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen so be aware and bring your own bar soap and shampoo. Also; although there’s a washer/dryer in unit, there’s no detergent so if you’re planning on doing laundry during your stay, you have to buy your own as well. One last thing; if you’re sleeping in the main bedroom; be aware of the bright street light outside that makes it look like it’s……

“Our experience at Viagio Resort was excellent. The restaurant and pool side waiters were very attentive, gracious and kind. The activities coordinator had lots of fun activities planned for the pool area. The ocean view rooms have a beautiful view. The location to the beach was wonderful and the resort is close to many restaurants and a Fresh Market Grocery store. I highly recommend this resort. My husband and i will definitely stay here again.”

“property was not as kept up as should have been loose tiles cracks etc. As a matter of fact during our stay in our room on the 15th floor one day it sounded like an earthquake happened,when we looked outside the balcony tiles are creaking and moving and popping up.Very scary we went down and asked to be relocated! Also the elevators are extremely slow in the older building and dining options are not very good. Almost impossible to get reservations in the 3 specialty restaurants! We are longterm……
