“The house is spacious, very clean, and there are plenty of household items, i.e. pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen items to accommodate a large group. The host left thorough instructions for access to the house, with just a slight mix-up on entry codes...but the host was very quick to respond and help me get it straightened out. I would recommend this rental property to anyone wishing to come stay in Lake City, MN.”

“Beautiful walkout basement setup with gorgeous views in a nice area. Quality through out, this wasn't setup like it was a rental, but like their own home. We enjoyed having our dog there, but felt bad we had to check in with the owner to be sure their dog wasn't out at the same time. I have a nice dog, but she's old and not interested in other dogs anymore. Just a heads up, since I don't remember reading that in the description. The owner was very accommodating, so no complaints there. ”

The host was very responsive to any and all questions, and was able to accommodate a last-minute schedule change. We will most certainly be back to enjoy the quiet setting and beautiful river view. “Very good communication with the owner, it is in a great location. Really close to the Mayo and Apache mall with many dining options. Had many extra accommodations like we ordered take out Chinese food and forgot to grab soy sauce, and it was there. I would recommend this to anyone”

“The house was clean and I felt very safe staying there. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals so we didn’t need to eat out. The water pressure in the shower was great, plenty of hot water too. Location was perfect, within a mile of Mayo Clinic and an easy walk. Minimal noise from the unit upstairs. Owners were easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay there again. ”
