“We stayed over a particularly cold week in January and had the huge beautiful fireplace going the entire time. It felt magical to have the crackle and the warmth of the fire. We absolutely hope to be back again! ”

“The cottage was very cute and well stocked with pots and pans and spices if you want to cook. The snacks and water were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t mind the sound of the trains at night but the blowing train whistle woke us a few times. There are ear plugs there if needed. Unfortunately the lake was over grown with vegetation so we didn’t kayak, but we brought our own bikes and rode the Cannon Falls trail in MN. The trail was beautiful. The owner……

“Girls' trip for 4 women of a certain age... we were able to spread out and each had a separate sleeping space, although some spots required a bit of a walk down the outside stairs or a walk through another bedroom to reach a bathroom. It worked great for us, though. Beds and linens all top quality, many extra blankets and pillows available. The kitchen was amazing! Beautiful, functional, and well stocked with utensils and cooking items. My friend Ruth only suggests a garlic press be added to the……

“My husband is receiving treatment at Mayo and we wanted a change from the hotel scene. I saw Pine Cove Cottage on VRBO and fell in love with the pictures and...it was available! It is so much more than pictures could say! So comfortable. We havent been able to enjoy the grounds this visit due to my husbands limited mobility but we will definitely book again with hopes of seeing more. Thank you ”

“What a fun place! Plenty of room. We played foosball had a fire outside. We enjoyed the fireplace too. We hadn’t anticipated no TV though. You might want to add that to your description. The water is definitely smelly, so we truly appreciated the 40 bottles of water you provided. Definitely a great place for a girl’s weekend or family reunion!”
