“Everything was as advertised. We did have some minor issues with the heating unit but we figured it out eventually. Also, the dishwasher did not work but we only needed it at the end of our stay. I'm sure it'll get fixed.”

“Quick trip to Illinois for fall break. My family loved the house. We all had rooms on separate floors and with teenagers they loved it! The area was really nice. Enjoyed some hiking at nearby Starved Rock State Park and Matthiessen State Park. Also drove in to Chicago quick for a Bulls game. ”

“The owner was very prompt, professional and friendly during booking and pretrip arrival. The home on the Kankakee River had comfortable furniture, beds and chairs.The kitchen had all high -end and functional appliances. Sadly the weather did not cooperate during our 4 night stay for us to enjoy the various outside seating areas at the house and along the scenic river.We were even allowed to park inside a garage.I would definitely stay here again and reccomend this proprty as a 6 STAR haven!I……
