“The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.”

“The Grand Resort is a lovely place to switch off if you are able to go all inclusive but it is further away from the centre of Limassol than some might like, and the area it's located in doesn't have much going for it. There are 3 on-sire restaurants all offering a good variety with themes in the main buffet, and the Japanese is definitely worth a visit! “Everything was amazing! Lovely hotel staff, Reception very friendly and helpful. Pool staff, restaurant staff, and room attendents were exceptional! Entertainment team were great! Food was exceptional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. English films via app. Only originally staying 4 nights but extended another 3 nights then another one night. Cannot fault anything. It was exactly what we wanted a peaceful hotel with Entertainment. We enjoyed our 8 night stay and can't wait to return. *****”
