“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……

“Vi bodde en uke på TSANotel i Limassol sammen med hunden vår Nova, og vi kunne ikke vært mer fornøyde! Fra første stund følte vi oss utrolig velkomne, og det var tydelig at hotellet ikke bare aksepterer hunder, men virkelig setter pris på dem. Nova fikk så mye oppmerksomhet og kos fra personalet at hun nærmest følte seg som en VIP-gjest! Personalet var helt fantastisk – alltid smilende, hjelpsomme og oppriktig interesserte i at vi skulle ha et godt opphold. Vi kunne nevnt flere av de ansatte,……

“Harmony Bay Hotel is compact & clean hotel right by the sea and in Limassol. The side sea view was great from our room. The hotel was very clean and all the staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for access to all parts of Cyprus, esp with a car! If I had been on a business trip for a couple of nights, it would have been great with breakfast & free parking and well located. We were there for a week school holidays and it wasn’t quite right for us. The room was basic and didn’t invite……
