“The worst experience Ive ever had with a rental, by far. I would not recommend renting this property, nor any other that is managed by EVOLVE. They have taken advantage of renters and owners across the country, it is well documented. This house was disgusting, we left without staying an hour. I was shocked that they would present a home in this condition to anyone. Drove 4 hours to stay here, then had to find another place to stay, which was over an hour away, because the house was so filthy.……

“Lovely cabin in Burney, feels like you are alone in the woods but you are super conveniently located to everything you need! Primary bed was extremely comfortable, comfy furniture, equipped kitchen.”

“This was a nice place to stay for our family for the price. Lots of little touches for convenience and to make it homey. The mountains are beautiful. The lake is low but on the opposite side there is a place to launch boats. The neighbors are close but we didn’t see or hear anyone.”

“We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again”
