“The worst experience Ive ever had with a rental, by far. I would not recommend renting this property, nor any other that is managed by EVOLVE. They have taken advantage of renters and owners across the country, it is well documented. This house was disgusting, we left without staying an hour. I was shocked that they would present a home in this condition to anyone. Drove 4 hours to stay here, then had to find another place to stay, which was over an hour away, because the house was so filthy.……

“The kitchen was in the garage! The place was not set up to sleep four people. No living room or couch. MB bed was very uncomfortable.Then owner was attentive. There’s was one small frying pan, I asked for a bigger pan and she brought it over.”
