“We had a great stay at Kathy’s. The duplex matched the photos.”

“We wanted a quick get away to celebrate a friend’s birthday. This was the perfect spot! The house was clean and exactly as described. It was very comfortable for two couples. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a good selection of coffee and creamers. The covered front porch was a great place to visit, enjoy our morning coffee or evening drink. It was also a good spot to wait out a morning rain before getting on our motorcycles to explore. The wineries close by stop food service……

“The house was very clean, Steve was easy to work with, and there are plenty of supplies for us to use. This is the second time we have stayed at this house and improvements have been made. It was the right size for the two couples that stayed there.”

“Moving our daughter in to the dorm at SEMO for yr 2. Been coming to this location since our trip here during her senior year of HS when she visited SEMO to audition for the musical theatre program. It is a great place to stay when you have more than 2 people. ”

“Great house in a great location. Well-stocked kitchen with some thoughtful extras. You can tell that the owner cares which means a lot to someone originally from Cape. 10/10 would stay again.”

“Great property and a super host! He was super helpful and always willing to help with any questions we had. Would definitely rent here again!”

“Very impressed with this house. The owners have made this house so nice with a great amount of space for our group of 9 adults! There is a nice dining room for board game playing, a nice screened back porch, hot tub, and even a fire pit and chairs. It’s not easy to find a space like this with 5 bedrooms and the nice attention to detail that this house has. It was also very convenient to the winery trail and bourbon bar in the area. Thanks for making this a great weekend stay…I definitely……
