“Solo trip. The place is lovely. The drive to restaurants and other locations is about 30 minutes. Falling asleep to the stream is wonderful.”

“This cabin is comfortable , clean and cozy and the hosts have thought of everything. The location is quiet but an easy drive to Stone Mountain (and the BRP when it reopens). The deck is beautiful and the hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. The fire pit was a great place to unwind with drinks and talk. We opted to sleep in the smaller upstairs bedroom. Very cozy and listening to the rain on the metal roof was super relaxing. Also we chose to bring our dogs crate and the loft area next to……

“This little place was perfect for my husband and myself for a couple days when we needed to be in the area. We worked during the day but loved coming back to the house in the evenings and sitting on the porch listening to the birds, watching the shadow rise over the mountain as the sun went down and watching the fireflies come out. It was simple but perfect. ”

“My family enjoyed this property immensely. A secluded cabin in the woods but with all the comforts of home made everyone happy. My husband enjoyed fishing in the river while the kid explored the shoreline and rock hunted. We made outdoor campfires and s’mores, and snuggled up by the indoor fireplace with books. Be aware it is a long driveway, so any plans out and about take a bit longer. The Food Lion in Millers Creek is about a 20 minute drive. ”

“The cabin was easy to find and the road was in good shape. The shower has strong water pressure which is not always the case. The kitchen is well stocked. We even used some of the maple syrup when we wanted to make French toast!”

“The area was very relaxing and had lots of privacy! Stone Mountain was very close so it was great to go there and then not have to drive so far back to the cabin. Cozy place, loved it. ”
