“This cabin is comfortable , clean and cozy and the hosts have thought of everything. The location is quiet but an easy drive to Stone Mountain (and the BRP when it reopens). The deck is beautiful and the hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. The fire pit was a great place to unwind with drinks and talk. We opted to sleep in the smaller upstairs bedroom. “My family enjoyed this property immensely. A secluded cabin in the woods but with all the comforts of home made everyone happy. My husband enjoyed fishing in the river while the kid explored the shoreline and rock hunted. We made outdoor campfires and s’mores, and snuggled up by the indoor fireplace with books. Be aware it is a long driveway, so any plans out and about take a bit longer. The Food Lion in Millers Creek is about a 20 minute drive. ”

“This is our second time staying at the cabin and it is always an amazing stay! It is definitely a place to get away from everything and have some peace and quiet. The sound of the creek is so peaceful. We bring our groceries with us and stay on property until our reservation has ended. We do not see anyone while we there and are able to rest and get away from it all with the limited cell service. This place is special. We have never stayed anywhere that compares.”

“This house was amazing! It was the best cabin I have ever stayed in. The location was secluded on the river. You really never have to leave the house with all of the amenities provided. Fireplace, game room, hot tub, hammock. And the adoreable town of West Jefferson is only around 18 minutes away. We went to Grayson Hoghlands 30 minutes away for a hike and saw the wild ponies.
