“First, we went on the Waco tour, and this house is a stop on the tour. So it was fun hearing about the house before we stayed inside. And then, once inside, we watched Fixer Upper, S1 Ep 2 and that made the house come to life! It's definitely worth staying here, especially if you're a fan of the show. See the shiplap up close! Charmaine was quick to respond to my questions regarding check in and check out.”

“The carriage house was perfect for our anniversary weekend. Very clean, had everything we needed. The host lived next door and was great which helped us feel secure. The neighborhood was concerning at first but no one bothered us at all. The other neighbors were friendly. Dogs do bark at night But they only bothered me. Husband slept like a baby. We will plan to stay again.”

“This is our second time staying at this property in Waco! It’s quirky, cute, comfy & eclectic full of the most unique art and furniture! The location is safe & close to everything. The beds are super comfy & the kitchen is fully stocked. Really you have everything you need. Lots of seating for big groups & the hosts are easy to get a hold of and very helpful if you need anything. We will most definitely be back again! Thanks for another amazing stay while visiting our daughter at Baylor! ”
