We loved cooking in the clean, well-stocked kitchen and relaxing in the den, taking in the views of the lake, mountains, and resident eagle population. On walks we frequently saw deer and other wildlife tracks. Four-wheel drive vehicle access into town and back during the snow was no problem -- the county diligently maintains Ashley Lake Road and Morgan kept the driveway plowed.
