“We enjoyed our visit to Gainesville and staying at this cute VRBO. We were missing some necessities, and the admin was very responsive to take care of them. The place was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the kitchen being well-stocked. We did read a review before saying to bring an ext. cord for the bedroom bc the outlets weren’t close to the nightstands, and we’re glad we did that. “The property is in a good location, could use some updating inside and out, Major plus It was clean, the 4th bedroom did not have a bed it was more of a futon/pullout. it worked out ok for us but it would not for a couple.It needs a full-size or maybe twin bunk bed. The big downside is that you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. which was pretty rough for us 55 with bad knees, and there is NO Hot tub anywhere on site. “We checked in here to escape hurricane Milton and couldn’t be happier with our choice! It had everything we needed and provided a peaceful home away from home! Communication with our host was perfect and when we decided to extend our stay for an extra day, they were very helpful! Unfortunately the week we were there the roof was being replaced and the streets, both front and back were blocked off due to construction which made parking very challenging. “This condo was in the perfect location for an easy walk to and from UF campus. Response from the property manager was excellent, timely, and offered assistance when needed. Nightly rate was phenomenal in comparison to other lodging around and I would book this condo again in a heartbeat over everything else in the area!”
