“I was told that there was no parking available. The staff did go out of their way to help me with the parking situation. “Michael, the bartender was great!! Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was an issue. We ordered for 8:30am. We waited until 9:00. We said something and they didn’t make our order a priority after making the mistake. I left some clothing in the room and they called me immediately to shop it to my home. Thank you for that!”

“Ryan at the front Desk was great. He upgraded us to the 23rd floor room. The only thing that did not happen was the turn down service but I think this was an oversight. No big deal. Overall this hotel is great and location is excellent. Very clean and upscale hotel. I loved it.”
