“Lovely house with plenty of space for a family. Location was great to downtown Ithaca and to explore the waterfalls and lakes. The S’mores and campfire was a nice touch!”

The location is quiet and private and when you sit out back on the patio with your coffee, you think that you’re way out in the country! “We loved our stay at John's property. The house had everything we needed and the outside pond and yard were great for watching wildlife (deer, groundhogs, bunnies) and enjoying the outdoors. “We had a great stay!”

“This is one of the best hosted VRBOs that I have stayed in. It is not necessarily the most updated interior, but the quality of the hosting far out-shadows the vintage kitchen. There were thoughtful touches everywhere -- good quality local coffee and half and half in the refrigerator, ample plugs for phone/smart watch chargers in the bedrooms, storage units for toiletries in the bathroom, and more. It is clear that Michael has given careful thought to what is needed for a comfortable stay -- and……

“We stayed as an extended family. Half the family was from the area. The owner was super nice and helped us get in a little bit earlier as we had been stuck in airports for 36 hours prior. The youngest enjoyed the fishing and the extra toys that were available. This spot on the lake is one of the best for fishing and for the kids to swimThe dryer did break down and the owners had a new one out the next morning on a holiday weekend. You can't ask for more.
