A short walk to Ithaca commons, and a short drive from all the various waterfalls that we wanted to see.The property was well maintained, very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.”

“This is a beautiful property and we had a tremendous stay. We were in Cortland for a baseball tournament and five families shared the house. Plenty of space and the grounds were great for relaxing during downtime. The property is clean and well kept and George was very responsive to all of our questions. If we come back to Cortland, we will certainly stay there again!!”

It was in a great spot located close to the hiking trails we did, wineries & downtown Ithaca. Our host Vickie was so thoughtful & welcoming, checking to make sure we had everything we needed & then some, evening providing delicious pastries for our first morning. We look forward to returning there again! ”
