“This is our second time staying at this property. It's a wonderful, clean, convenient space to stay when visiting campus/dropping off kids. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus so it's easy to get to KU but far enough away that you have a little bit of space from the busyness of the campus life. And Jori is a great communicator and easy to work with. We will stay here again, for sure. ”

“Fabulous Victorian mansion with plenty of room to gather our group for sharing of our stories. The only negative was mansion only had 5 coffee cups for our group of 6. ”

“Great location within a short walking distance from Mass street and very clean. The kitchen, bathroom, flooring were all recently remodeled and look great. We’ll stay here again!”

“The house was clean, comfortable and the owner was able to talk us through the technical questions. She even had a coffee bar and bottled water in the fridge.There was a bit of noise from guests in the apartment above at about 3 in the morning.”

“The house was great. Great location. The door had to be pulled to lock or unlock and would have wanted some locking instructions because I wasn’t familiar with brand but the host was very responsive to questions. ”

“Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. We actually liked the rumble of the trains after the horns. Home is great with everything anyone could need. Great courtyard that I imagine in the spring is bloomed and beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. If trains bother you don’t stay here but if you know Lawrence you know this is a great……

“This house was amazing, so much space, so tastefully decorated, so quiet. My friends and I didn't want to leave and said they had more fun staying here than when we stayed in Quebec City last summer. It was a lot of fun to watch hawks and deer from the deck, as well as play vintage arcade games in the basement on hot afternoons. ”

“We stayed here for the KU football game and couldn't have asked for a better spot! The home was spacious and fit our family of 7 comfortably. The location was perfect-just minutes from campus and plenty of restaurants. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was a nice bonus, and overall the house made for a great experience. Would definitely stay here again”
