“Overall, this nicely remodeled home is very cozy and inviting. The owners put a lot of thought into the little things like noise machines and earplugs in the night stand and made sure there were plenty of towels etc. The only area that needs improvement is the WIFI situation, which someone had noted previously. The WIFI did not work when I checked in and never worked throughout the four-night stay. Notified the manager immediately upon check-in and went back and forth for a couple of days,……

“Surrounded by houses occupied by KU students, this is a nice little house with 3 bedrooms, a nice family room, small kitchen, and back yard. The bathrooms are really nicely renovated, the bedrooms are spacious, and the TVs are smart. The kitchen is tiny and there's little to no glassware so be sure to bring your own...1 wine glass, 1 low ball, and 4 mugs. Otherwise had plateware, silverware, pots, etc. Would happily stay there again. Was there with my kids and they liked it and we all felt safe……

“I believe this was the first listing for this location. I can appreciate there is a learning curve for the hosts. But the communication was tailored for their own needs, not for the needs of the guests. They didn’t make it easy or make it feel welcoming. The place was comfy, clean and pleasant. But there is a neighborhood dog, named bear, who was on the porch the first evening we got there. He was sweet and gentle, but he also roamed nearby, all night long, barking.
