“The house was really clean and th bedding was so nice , However , Since they used the well water , It was smelling really bad , u couldn't shower or wash any thing with that water , You have to go grap the water from the nearest municipal tap near by . the host is really nice and responsive ”

“This cottage had everything we needed to have a quick weekend getaway. The dock is beautiful, and the water was warm. The cottage is private and very beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed for our meals. Would highly recommend this cottage. ”

“The cottage was beautiful. We stayed for a concert and got a cab to Bala. Worked perfect for us for the night. Lots of space. Didn’t get a chance to spend a lot of time exploring the property but overall was very happy with it! ”

“Lovely clean cottage on the river. Super dock cannonballs for my older grandchildren and short distance to toddler friendly beach. We enjoyed getting the cousin crew together with plenty of room and activities for all ten of us.”

“The property and cottage were well maintained and overall we enjoyed our stay. The ad stated that there would be an additional charge for pets without a value. Upon reaching out it was not clarified and ended up being $75 per dog on arrival. It would be appreciated if that was communicated prior. Our initial greetings with the host were rushed and there were errors with the wifi connection effecting our payment. The host persisted that I must use another form of payment while standing outside……

“Comfortable. Clean. Hot tub took some time to warm up it once it was warm it was perfect. Coffee, tea and other basics were available in the kitchen and the tv has Netflix and other options to sign in to. Very relaxing”

“Loved this rustic boat house cottage in a quiet bay of Lake Rosseau - shallow water, great for swimming, can catch fish off the dock and comfy beds. Owner is very responsive and friendly - with lots of local knowledge. ”
