“We had a terrific stay with Caren and David. They are wonderful hosts. The studio has a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and living space. There is a patio with a grill, Adirondack chairs and a beautiful garden. The neighborhood is charming with easy access to bike paths. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Caren and David provided us with lots of good info about Longmont and beyond. We hope to stay here again. ”

“Jeff was very accommodating for all of our needs and even helped us with an early check in time. The place worked perfectly for my bigger group for the 4th of July weekend and was very clean. “We felt at home as soon as we walked in. We live in a rural area so were worried about noise, place was quiet and yet convenient to shopping, downtown and the rec center. Nancy promptly answered the few questions we had. We came to visit family, but wanted a space of out own, this was perfect. ”

“Probably the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The property was well equipped for any laundry/ cooking needs. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough for a grocery run. ”

“This is a lovely condo in a quiet but accessible location to walk to many shops and restaurants. We also found some hiking very close by. The unit was excellent for our WFH getaway for 2 people over the course of a week. The host was responsive to messages sent in the app. I felt very comfortable here and appreciated the amenities including parking, porch, linens and fully stocked kitchen . I would highly recommend this home for an enjoyable and relaxing time in Boulder! ”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The place is so unique and so cool with the historic items like the stair case. The owners of the place put a lot of thought in little details to make our stay better. Including littles things like spices, all kitchen utensils, pot and pans, dishes,coffee, family board games, laundry soap ect... The place is a cute as it is describe. It is very roomy and we loved all the decks to spend our evenings on. The master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful……
