“This hotel is a good example of a business that does better than its surroundings. The area is tough, with cars broken-into around the area and garbage dumped into the streets. There are numerous warning signs to leave nothing valuable in your car. Better though, the hotel itself is well-stocked but somewhat run-down. “We had such a fantastic weekend in Boulder - our rental location is amazing, just blocks away from Pearl Street, easy walk to everything. The kitchen had a few basics, condiments making it easier to cook breakfast. Very comfortable and host was super nice and accommodating. Shout out to his talented sun for amazing Halloween decorations. We will come again!”

"Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these issues, and the gentleman at the front desk took my mobile number, assuring me that the manager would contact me within two days. However, two weeks have passed, and I have not been contacted. Overall, it was not a good experience, but it might be only associated with that room."
