“I will be re-booking fromboth hosts Allyn and Mike in the future anytime I’m in this area. As hosts, communication was clear, timely and helpful when I initially had issues w the VRBO app, Allyn hopped on to help make sure it got situated. Check in process was a breeze, the house itself is as beautiful as the pictures. Bonus points because it included baby proofing items, and a high chair. A family member left some items by accident and before she realized where it was, Allyn had already reached……

“Nice rental inside the country club with access to recreational areas of the club. Great host, prompt responses and instructions. John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. Would love to come back.”

“This was our second stay, so I guess we must like it. Seems like they improved the shower since last time, so that was nice. TV was a little difficult to get up and running but we eventually managed. Only other (very minor) thing would be to flip the hinges on the refrigerator door so it opens on the other side. Everything else was just fine!”

“Our host Jenny was prompt and pleasant in our communications. The home worked perfectly for home activities and exploring the community and the Lake. We loved the decor and comfort. Our grandchildren had a great time. We will definitely return for future Lake fishing experiences. We’ve been visiting Paradise and Oroville for decades. “Stay was beautiful and the space was as listed. It does get cold- so managing all the space heaters in different rooms required some coordination. Manager was communicative and kind. The only challenge while traveling with elders with limited mobility was the stairs in front of the house- we took it easy on those. ”
