“Cute and cozy property with everything we needed. The home was clean and very close to our event. The listing did advertise as accommodating 5 for sleeping spaces but we found only 2 queen beds. However, it was not a problem as we had a blowup mattress we used for my grandson. The couch was available for sleeping if we needed it so assumed that was the 5th sleeping area. Nice property and we would happily stay again.”

“Nice rental inside the country club with access to recreational areas of the club. Great host, prompt responses and instructions. John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. Would love to come back.”

“I've been reserving this property weekly for awhile now for my forestry crew, and they've been very comfortable. It's been the nicest place they've stayed yet. ”

“Stay was beautiful and the space was as listed. It does get cold- so managing all the space heaters in different rooms required some coordination. Manager was communicative and kind. The only challenge while traveling with elders with limited mobility was the stairs in front of the house- we took it easy on those. ”

As hosts, communication was clear, timely and helpful when I initially had issues w the VRBO app, Allyn hopped on to help make sure it got situated. Check in process was a breeze, the house itself is as beautiful as the pictures. Bonus points because it included baby proofing items, and a high chair. A family member left some items by accident and before she realized where it was, Allyn had already reached……

“Our host Jenny was prompt and pleasant in our communications. The home worked perfectly for home activities and exploring the community and the Lake. We loved the decor and comfort. “The local scenery is very nice. Unfortunately, the town of Greenville was destroyed by the 2021 fire and they are in the rebuilding stage. The rental unit is the downstairs half of a duplex and is neat and compact with a kitchen. The sound insulation is not great and you will hear some noise from activity above. ”

“This was our second time staying in this house. Our group loves to come here! Everyone has space to spread out, but the general areas are big enough for all of us to come together too. The beautiful hot tub area was a nice addition. We enjoyed hiking and being centrally located between several towns.”
