“The mountain is so beautiful and removed from the chaos of city life. The drive up the mountain is a bit scary but as long as you follow the notes from Terry, it’s completely manageable for an SUV. I have a Jeep Wrangler and had no issues. It’s perfect for someone who just wants to get away. ”

“What a setting…this cabin did not disappoint. A lovely location with magnificent views. Loved the interior and exterior and a great base to explore the state parks. We went to grayson’s every day and enjoyed puttering around west Jefferson. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend”

“Tranquil escape.......... Dinner on the large table outback was perfect and the Firefly show at night was amazing with the smell of fresh lavendar in the air... Comfy beds offered a feeling of home. Hike at Grayson Hghlands a must.”

“We loved staying here. Even my kids who I'd don't think would notice how well styled it is and how comfortable that made it to stay there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the fire pit in the back nice to use. The only downside was leaving anas in we didn't want to leave and the Google map direct ions were a little weird but we found it and had a great time.”

Property sits directly across from Tumbling creek with a majestic view of the river and mountains, which you can enjoy from the warmth of the kitchen table or enjoy the mountain air from the beautiful deck. As soon as you walk in the door you get a welcoming mountain vibe. We decided not to bring our furry family members on this trip, but the home was well equipped to accommodate……
