“The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely……

“This is a longer but since there aren’t other reviews I want to make sure add details. The townhouse is 3 stories. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with king beds. The beds were comfortable, there is duel bathrooms between the bedrooms and the shower between those. Some of the doors didn’t latch close. There are blinds on the windows but no curtains so a lot of street light comes into the room at night. The shower had essentials and lots of closet space. 2nd story is the living room, kitchen, dining……

“The house was great; very clean with comfy beds and spacious enough for our family of 5. Just a note: the third bedroom was on the first floor through the garage, which we weren’t aware of, but the room location did not detract from our stay. It was great having the connected bathroom upstairs and the location was perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay again!”

“House was as advertised. Great location for going to show at spac. Good setup with rooms. I liked that he provided extra pillows and blankets and some basics. If going to Saratoga I would recommend! ”

“House is nicely situated on a quiet road with a great water view. Check in process was simple and the house was immaculate. The house was also conveniently located near a plethora of local attractions which made getting around simple.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was a delightful bonus. There is tons of "hang" space along with the garage conversion to a game room was fun! Overall we all give this property a very high rating. The owners show special attention to comfort and convenience.”
