“Excellent service”

“Perfectly fine overnight stay other than a couple of missing lightbulbs and an empty shampoo dispenser.”

“The inside of the hotel was pristine, and everyone was wonderful. It was the outside that I had an issue with. When we pulled up the hotel, actually looked abandoned. The grassy areas were overgrown. There were weeds growing up through the parking lot and the exterior garbage cans were overflowing.”

“Very comfortable bed (King room), love the laminate flooring and BRAVO for USB outlets in accessible places. A/C worked well. Staff all very friendly and helpful, in person or on the phone. GREAT walking trail behind the hotel for our dog, including a convenient bag/disposal station. Breakfast was good, coffee just adequate. Building slightly ragged in some public areas but it's just cosmetic, they have invested where it counts! Would love to see a lighted mirror in the rooms for applying……

“I was going through a very difficult time. The staff at the front desk were absolutely AMAZING! They were all super friendly, nice, very professional. I can not thank them enough for their kindness. I HIGHLY recommend the Extended Stay America! The hotel itself was clean, they have kitchenettes that were greatly appreciated. All around, an awesome experience and great hotel!”
