“I was sick in bed three days with food poisoning. The staff ordered medicine and had it delivered. I was too weak to go myself. I started to feel better that day. Staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. Tall gentleman was extremely pleasant and so was the lady serving breakfast. I didn't get their names. Breakfast was delicious with a nice menu. I could see the mountains from my window. . ”

“Bad customer service. I booked on the same day and they told me I had to register with them 72 hours before my reservation. I showed up and no one was there. I also called their customer service and one one answered. I was left to book a different hotel last minute. ”

“Everyone was helpful. Clean, safe and secure, outstanding restaurants in and outside the hotel. 24/7 attentive service. I had no issues with visitors. Housekeeping was as superb. I’ll recommend this hotel to others. ”
