“I wasn’t happy that the elevator was broke and had been for 3 weeks. Another person I knew staying there stated that they found bed bugs in a room. Mine was fine, however, still unsettling. The bathroom trim, you could see where it wasn’t fixed correctly. Also, the toilet handle was broken and you had to hold the handle to flush the toilet. The pull out, had crumbs on the mattress, which was extremely bad and painful with the springs (even for kids). ”

“After getting back to hotel after dinner, my room smelled horrible. It was like someone had fried something in old oil. All rooms have kitchens. The front desk immediately gave me key to a different room that was great. They actually gave me the new key and let me keep the old do I could move my belongings. Great service. ”

Behind one sliding barn door was the microwave on a stand and a short rod. Behind the other barn door was a small closet. The fridge was under the desk. The TV was a little hard to figure out. The bed was not comfortable. I liked the chair in the corner which had a little table attached to one arm. It was comfortable.……

“Best overnight between TX/MN. Comfortable PILLOWS as well as king bed. Blackout curtains, clean, quiet, easy access to interstate. We were on opposite side (room 215) Room was cold when we arrived 9PM (62 degrees) but heated up quickly when staff instructed us over phone. Nice quiet HVAC! Small freezer actually worked and clean appliances.
