“For staff and service I would of given terrible because Steven at valet/concierge stood there and watched me put all my bags/luggage on the cart and when I was finished he asked me “is there anything else in the car” I said “no I got it all now” he said “ok good”! He just wasn’t very customer service friendly,seems arrogant! “Housekeeping missed a couple things. Tissue hanging off the back of the peephole behind entry door, a balloon with no air behind the dresser under the TV. No hand soap, long hairs in the sink, carpet was a little damp near the ac.”
