“Todo perfecto. Apartamento comodo, toallas y ropa de cama impecables. Un patio muy amplio, y el apartamento en general bien cuidado y completo. La zona de ubicación es optima, silencioso por la noche y hay bares y de todo alrededor sin estar en pleno centro (a 10 minutos a pie)”

“La mia esperienza ad Izzhome design apartment è stata molto positiva: si trova in pieno centro di Cagliari, a due passi dalla stazione e non ho avuto nessun problema per effettuare il check-in/check-out. Ci sono tanti ristoranti attorno ma si può anche cucinare nell’appartamento che la cucina è ben dotata.”

“Die Vermieter waren sehr sympathisch und unglaublich hilfsbereit bei kleinen kleinen und größeren Problemen ( hatten eine Reifenpanne).Wir konnten praktisch jederzeit über WhatsApp auf Englisch miteinander kommunizieren. Sie respektierten dennoch vollkommen unsere Privatsphäre.Die Aussicht von unserer Terrasse entsprach zu 100% den vorher präsentierten Fotos und ist von Terrasse, Schlafzimmer und sogar Bad aus grandios! Für alle Appartments in unserer Umgebung gilt , dass die Bauweise zwar ideal……

Maurizio ist sehr hilfsbereit und antworten sofort. Ob beim Check-In oder einfach um eine Restaurant Empfehlung zu geben. Wir kommen definitv wieder!”

“Casa abbastanza grande e posizionata in una zona strategica vicina al mare. Il soggiorno è andato bene grazie al comfort che ci donava la casa e la zona silenziosa dove essa era collocata. Lascerei anche una recensione eccellente per quanto riguarda Andrea (il proprietario) che è stato molto disponibile sia per informarci sulle condizioni meteorologiche della località, ma anche perché ci ha permesso di rimanere in loco anche l'ultimo giorno lasciandoci la possibilità di fare l'ultima giornata di……

“We are regular users of Stayz and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at. It started with a welcome at midnight from Elena the owner and host. She immediately made us feel that she wanted us to enjoy the place. It is spacious and has been recently to the highest standard. Everything works. She has furnished the place with genuine antique furniture. We cannot recommend this place more highly. It is also in a perfect location with all sites of interest within walking distance.……
