“The manager charged $15/night parking free without caring about our argument. However, other guests parking on the other side don’t pay for parking. He also grab our instant noodles, which is not professional behavior.”

“Das Gebäude ist nicht neu, wird aber gepflegt. Die S-Bahn hinterm Haus fährt nachts nicht. Die Hausdame ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Hier fühle ich mich wirklich als Gast willkommen. Immer wieder gerne!”

“We stayed for 2 nights. Since there was no air conditioner, the room was really hot but the weather was rainy so that we did not have so much trouble. Other than, rest of the things were perfect. The location of the hotel was also good, there were no noise in the neighborhood and restaurants, markets were close. We satisfied in general.”

“"being old is OK". this is the price I paid for; but "being dirty" is totally unacceptable. the carpet of the room was clearly not vacuumed. the bed sheet and cover had funny smell. I was not sure if it had been changed after last guest. I could not sleep all night because of that smell. I was very unhappy about the quality.”

“酒店小环境很不错，距离诺伊斯市中心很近，离杜塞10公里车程。酒店窗外是一条小河，景致极好，周围很安静。房间比较舒适，设施很完备。停车场是地下的，每天11欧，自驾游也比较方便。美中不足的是前台服务员，有位胖胖的男生，他是8月5号晚上和8月9号晚上值班的，比较傲慢，态度很敷衍，我们感觉到了不舒服。其他的都还不错。推荐吧。”

Die Gegend ist, wie unschwer auf Google Maps zu erkennen ist, eher ein bisschen Industriegebiet. Wer eine günstige no-frills Unterkunft sucht, wird fündig.”

“客房設計典雅舒適，但說真的訂面對都市景的房間很受隔壁棟辦公大樓影響，睡覺還是很能感受隔壁辦公室的亮光，還是推薦考量住宿的人選擇面河景觀房。客房清潔但因為我們住宿三晚，第一晚有忘記補充盥洗用品狀況，電話要求客房服務但速度頗慢不像五星級飯店應有的水準。 飯店所在位置很獨特很美，但交通不易，所以要吸引人們來住宿，勢必在服務上要做加強。曾有一天早晨約十點我們特別到櫃檯告知請在一點前來整理房間，兩個小孩要睡午覺，但一點回到房間仍未整理。我們打電話告知櫃檯請他們快來整理但仍是等了將近一個小時才來，而那時小孩已經在房內睡著燈已關，本來要求下午一點前整理的房間，用到下午四點我們全家都在房間睡著了才一直開門要整理……服務很不好”
