“Rent och bra städat, trevlig personal speciellt han vid incheckningen i fredags. Minuset var att vi inte fick äta frukost, det var tydligen reserverat för ett sportlag trots ingen information om det innan samt vi gick ner tiden frukosten var. Fick därför vänta på deras terass, var nära på att gå till ett annat ställe för att äta men när vi kom ner var vi då tydligen välkomna till frukosten. Frukosten var dock sådär, kändes som vi fick resterna”

“Très beau logement mais froid l’hiver, fenêtres non isolantes. La Clim sert de chauffage mais ça ne suffit pas, et le bruit est infernal. En demandant un radiateur d’appoint à l’accueil j’ai l’impression de me faire gronder comme un môme car j’aurai soit disant mal compris le réglage de l’appareil.”

“J’avais choisi cet hôtel en partie pour ses espaces de travail. Or ces espaces étaient inaccessibles car en rénovation. De plus j’avais réservé une chambre Triple plus chère afin que nous ayons plus d’espace. C’était juste une chambre de même taille avec un lit de plus sans chaise ni bureau et sans large fenêtre. J’ai finalement obtenu une chambre double à 2 lits jumeaux avec balcon, bureau et chaise au 5e étage… pour le prix d’une chambre triple. L’hôtel ne m’a pas remboursé la différence.”

“The hotel is a short walk from the train station so this made it very easy for me to get there since I came on the train from Casablanca. The bed was very stiff and not very comfortable. ”

“Really nice hotel, well located in the centre of Rabat. Rooms are brand new and clean, quiet place, I slept well. The staff was very professional and answered all my different queries. I definitely recommend this hotel if you look for a modern hotel to stay in Rabat !”

“My room was on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel. A nightclub which exited at the front of hotel was open nearly every night until 4 or 5am. Very noisy from 2am until 5am most nights. I stayed 2wks total. Many taxies outside dropping off and picking up through the night. Luckily I sleep well but was woken up several times with horns beeping and many people shouting. As I had an early start each day, I was at breakfast at 7am when it was scheduled to open. It never opened on time. Normally……

“Struttura molto ben posizionata, nuova e ben tenuta. Il personale è stato molto gentile con noi per ogni esigenza che avevamo. Ci hanno snche proposto un upgrade della camera per permetterci di stare pou comodi. L'aspetto negativo è che non tutti parlavano inglese quindi spesso è stato difficile comunicare.”

“Le palace est devenu notre pied à terre lorsque nous nous rendons à Rabat. On s’y sent toujours aussi bien. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé. Tout était parfait durant notre séjour. L’equipe est très serviable et professionnelle.J’ai eu l’occasion de fêter mes 50 ans autour d’un brunch familiale. Tout était parfait, tant le service que le choix des plats. Un grand merci à M.Allaoui pour cette magnifique organisation. Je ne peux que recommander les yeux fermés.”
