Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit each person so it only covered like less than half of the bill. Front desk staff can be more proactive. If you do not have a car I guess it might be hard to get around the city.

"The staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable. We had dinner one evening at the restaurant , the food was good and there was a lot of choice. I was disappointed that there was no hot tub on the property. We were looking forward to use the indoor pool thinking it was warm… The carpet is getting ..."
