“Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. ”

“Fantastic resort with multiple pools with 5 minutes walk to the beach. Our two bedroom apartment was clean and modern. There is ample parking and we felt very safe as two women walking late at night time. I would come back to stay here again. ”

“Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……

“Incredible resort. Plenty of pool space and deckchairs. We had used the wellness centre for the gym, jacuzzi and indoor pool which were all clean. The staff went above and beyond for us at every point of enquiry- they are truly a credit to Tivoli and our time would not have been half as good without their politeness and helpfulness. Ample food provided at mealtimes with lots of options for vegetarians. We felt so relaxed here. We also enjoyed access to two beaches: one is a 10 minute walk……

“It a excellent hotel - enjoyed very much - it is what we need for our R&R. Loved the Spa facilities. Everything i.e. Beach, nearby Restaurant are excellent and enjoyed daily inc boat rise to the caves and seen Dolphins. I'm marking this hotel for our next visit if we are making plan to visit Algarve again.”

“Dit is een fijn hotel met grote moderne schone kamers, fijne douche/ badkamer en balkon. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd, veel fruit, veel beleg, div. broodjes en zowel warme gerechten als yogurts en muesli / noten etc. echt top! Het hotel ligt op loopafstand bij het strand, met mooie rotspartijen, ietsje doorlopen dan kom je op de drukkere boulevard die helemaal naar Playa de Rochas loopt ( groot breed, veel drukker zandstrand) Het personeel is uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Nemen de tijd voor……

“Heel aangenaam hotel, mooi ingericht al vind ik de badkamer gedateerd en daardoor niet matchen met de rest van de kamer. Absoluut opvallend is hoe vriendelijk en behulpzaam het personeel is overal, maar zeker smorgens bij het ontbijt. Zo helpen ze heel spontaan oudere mensen die hulp nodig hebben. Proficiat daarvoor! Hier kom ik terug met veel plezier. Ideaal gelegen om de stad en Algarve te ontdekken in het algemeen. ”

“Wonderful location as it's in a quiet area and just a short walk from the beach. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the staff were all just so helpful and friendly. Only had one night here but would be an absolute gem for longer stays as well!”
