“We have just returned from a 9 night stay at this hotel, and will definitely be back. Previously we have stayed at Pestana hotels in Alvor, but from now on it will be this one. The hotel staff were excellent, as were the breakfasts. No area was ever too busy, and we enjoyed the quiet and comfort. We had a 1 bedroom suite, on the 12th floor, with a lateral view towards the Tres Irmaos beach from our balcony - excellent again. We look forward to our next visit. To the staff - thank you.”

“We couldn't fault our stay here. The location was perfect for us as the hotel is a few minutes walk from the old town and a short walk to the beach. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and requested a travel cot which was in our room when we arrived, along with a highchair and a baby bath- which was a great surprise. It felt like all details had been thought of to make it easier for us to stay with a baby. The pool and outside area is lovely. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we had……

“Our stay was in an older, 2-storey motel-type building surrounded by villas. All suites in our building faced the ocean, and the beach boardwalk was a few steps away. Our suite had a kitchenette and was large with stunning, direct views of the ocean and nearby rocks from the large balcony. Enjoyed it immensely. Difficult to find as it is in Alvor, not Portimao proper, and there are numerous Pestana facilities in the vicinity. The grounds are under construction and parts of the complex are a bit……

“Fantastic apartment in a great location with 2 small balconies. Located on the first floor. Beds comfortable. A minor point, shower doors need attention but shower good, great to have 2 bathrooms/ bedrooms. Check in is 4pm, on arrival at 3.15 we called the office, to be told it still needed cleaning. We returned at 4pm, cleaner turned up at 4.15pm. We dropped off our bags and were given a key. We returned later to a clean apartment. Better if check in process/time was easier. ”
